A great number of factors can be the possible cause: a sedentary lifestyle, frequent lifting and bending in the wrong way, bad sitting posture, poor sporting techniques and so on … Proper back care is extremely important to prevent (preventive) or reduce (curative) back pain.
During the back school (duration: 1 hour), you can learn how better to take care of your back. What exactly do we work on?
- Strengthening the abdominal muscles, back muscles and pelvic floor
- Stretching muscle groups in and around the back
The ultimate objective of the back school is to improve the resilience of the back and to reduce back strain, so that you will experience fewer problems. This all happens under the professional guidance of trained instructors (master in physical education and master in motion rehabilitation).
